REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  10th Annual High Plains Conference
October 4-6, 2006
Dodge City, Kansas

Conference registration is $60, although registration for students (undergrad or graduate) is $30.  Be sure to specify your method of payment on the online registration (details below).

The registration fee includes lunch on Thursday, with choice of "Kitty's Chicken Sandwich" or "Brad's Burger" (please specify upon registration).  The conference banquet Thursday evening is an additional $20 fee.  The banquet meal will be a "Chuckwagon Dinner" buffet, which includes 3 BBQ/smoked meats, fried taters and onions, "butt bustin" beans, biscuits, fruit cobbler, and coffee/tea/water. 

Please also indicate on the registration form whether you would like to purchase a conference T-shirt (tentatively S-XL $16, 2XL/3XL $18).  Payment for the T-shirts is due at the conference.

On-line registrations will be accepted through noon CDT Tuesday, October 3.  Walk-in registrations at the door at welcome.

Registration fees may be made one of three ways: 
1) Mailing in advance (by September 25)
2) PayPal
3) Payment in person at the conference via cash or check (payable to "High Plains Chapter AMS-NWA")

If mailing your payment in advance, make your check payable to "High Plains Chapter AMS-NWA" and mail it by September 25 to:
